12/12/2019 I requested in writing my account be discontinued.They said I must speak with them 1st. Contract states only need to submit in writing. November 2018 I purchased internet marketing from Back at You Media while attending the National Association of Realtors conference. The paperwork signed and the contract states I am able to discontinue monthly services at any time by providing a request in writing. The monthly billing amount is $69.00. -12/12/2019 I requested in writing (email) that my account be discontinued and the final billing date be provided. -12/12/2019 I received the following email correspondance: "***** ******* (Back At You Media) Dec 12, 10:35 AM PST Hello ********, Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your request to stop your services and would like to schedule one-on-one time to discuss your account. We are concerned that you will lose an integral part of your overall marketing plan by fully stopping your Social Media marketing. A social presence is vital to the success of your business. We have some options that will lower your cost and still allow you to keep your Single Property Websites for all of your listings and your Home Value landing pages to capture Seller leads. Let's talk as soon as possible so I can help you hit all of your goals!
